Compassion: Starting an exercise program can be extremely difficult. It takes courage to take those first steps and even more courage to keep going. I understand that and will lift you up the entire way. Most people in the fitness world are simply too hard on themselves and each other. This almost never helps. I promise to treat you with the respect, dignity, and compassion you deserve.

Results: Very few people, even people like me, would work out if it didn’t produce results. I will endeavor to make your sessions smooth, engaging, and appropriately challenging. I never want you to dread training, but I also recognize that you won’t stick with it if they don’t see results. I will do everything I can to ensure you see the results you are happy with.

How Can I Help you?

Personal Training

Come train in my personal gym or I can bring the gym to you. I can work with individuals or small groups (up to three) for no extra cost.

Flexibility

Train when you want and where you want. Come train in my personal gym or I can bring everything you need for a fantastic workout right to you on your schedule. Want to work with me every day? Great. Want to work with me once a week? No problem, I’ll design you a program to do in between our meetings for free.

Nutrition

Exercise and Nutrition go hand in hand. I can help you make healthy and appropriate choices for your goals.

Customized Plans

For over 20 years I’ve tried and tested an enormous variety of exercise methodologies.  I’ve learned how to use them and combine them.  Most are better than others at certain goals, but there are usually multiple ways to achieve a goal and I can tailor a program to your specific needs, goals, and preferences.

Chris keeps things simple, practical, and achievable. I’m continually progressing and getting better every workout. He is able to easily adjust based on my feedback and keep me on track.

Pricing

Consult and 1 introductory session: Free. This is an hour and a half meeting/training session where we discuss/assess where you currently are, where you want to go, and how we want to get there. We’ll also discuss whether I’m really the right person to get you there. I’m not a salesman and will tell you if I think there are better alternatives.

1 Hour Training Session at my Personal Gym: $95. If you work with me in person at least once a week, I’ll also design a personalized program for you the other 2-6 days where I am not directly working with you.

I Bring the Gym to you: $95 if I travel 15 minutes or less, price is negotiable if further. If you work with me in person at least once a week, I’ll also design a personalized program for you the other 2-4 days where I am not directly working with you.

All Sessions are sold in blocks of 6 but any unused sessions are fully refundable If you do not want to continue (See FAQ).
